    This camera is a phenomenal value. Includes two batteries, charging cabels and a remote. Works great! The only minor negative is the included case is to small to fit all the accessories but that's an easy fix and minor compared to the value of this camera.

    I’ve been with Amazon for a long time. I’ve never returned any products nor wrote a bad review, but I guess there’s always a first I know I didn’t pay a lot of money for this product. I should expect that but the quality this item is below any standards the videos fuzzy, and basically the whole camcorders made a plastic unfortunately I was out of town and I’m seven days past my return I’ve used it once, but unfortunately I was told return policy is the return policy so I would suggest the stay clear of this item. I took it to videotape wedding and videos were horrible , so I guess you live and learn thank you Amazon for helping me out… Not …It just allows me not to look at Amazon a whole different light and it’s customer service. Thank you for nothing. I would’ve returned it and bought another one a better one, but I’ll go buy somewhere else now

    This camera is the biggest bang for the buck. I was a little skeptical because the price was so low, but it's well worth the money many more times than the price. I thought I was getting a cheap piece of crap. This camera outperforms a lot of the more expensive cameras.

    I gave it another shot. I took it out to record a live band and the recording quality was abysmal. The sound was oversaturated and distorted and couldn't be used. It also has issues with Class C SD cards! It failed repeatedly with several different Samsung SD cards and microSD cards in an adapter. I said before I was hopeful, but the video we did get was very poor quality at any resolution and the zoom was jerky.

    It is advertised as 1080p 60 fps, but the video files are only 30 fps! I've been through every menu option I can and there is no way I know of to change the fps. If anyone knows how please respond.

    The image quality is good for the price.
    Two batteries is a nice bundle.
    The image stabilization is only for photos and not for video, seemed misleading.

    I'm just disappointed the fps wont change to 60 because that is literally why I bought it, and its not worth the hassle of going through a return and gambling on another just to have other issues. My life is forever stuck at 30 fps.

    I bought this during the recent Amazon Prime Days. At that time there were supposedly over 500 product reviews with a 4.8 star rating. Only after the purchase did I realize that the VAST majority of those reviews were for products that were NOT this camera. I reported it to Amazon and the day the camera arrived, the number of reviews was below 40 and the average rating was 3.6 (which is generous, imho). I shot a few videos and some of them were ok, but most were grainy, and in none of them did the audio and video align. On 2.7K mode, the video "froze" in every one, while the audio went on. Mine's going back immediately. Very disappointed.
