I bought this rod for some blackout curtains in my toddler's room. The size is great, we had plenty of room to spare even though it went over a pretty large double window. I like how sleek and neutral this is, it can go well with a variety of colors and patterns. My fiance was able to hang this mostly by himself and had no complaints regarding installation. It has held up great to our toddler's antics even for being a relatively lightweight and thin rod. Definitely would buy again for other rooms!

The wrap around design really helps with the blackout style curtains, since you can pull the rings all the way to the wall. The alternative on most straight curtain rods is having a 4" gap where light seeps through in the morning, defeating the purpose of blackout curtains. I found this to be well-made and easy to install compared to most other rods you'd find at home depot.

This curtain torture makes a blackout curtain blackout. I live that it wraps around and blocks the light from the sides. This is my second time purchasing. And now I think I’ll do every room with these. They are elegant and good quality but light enough as to not put extra weight on thin walls.

Love the rod it’s sturdy and not hard to install. However it’ll be a pain to change out curtains or clean them because you do have to unscrew them so that’s why I gave it 4 stars. Other than that it’s pretty great for the price and I’ll most likely get more.

I hung this in my bedroom to hold my blackout curtains. It’s kinda flimsy if it’s pulled all the way out (maximum width). Might be sturdier if I bought the longer one and didn’t extend it out all the way.
