This sink sprayer and faucet hose works great. Installation is pretty straight forward and does not require any special plumbing knowledge or tools. The installation guide with pictures is written with clear and easy to understand instructions. Most importantly, it doesn't leak.
However, I missed where this unit already comes with a needed adapter to fit my faucet (the product comes with three adapters to fit your faucet depending on the faucet's size). So, I contacted their customer support by email which is clearly labeled in the guide. The guide says they will send you a free adapter if your faucet takes a special size. I think their customer service is in China or somewhere in Asia where they're a day ahead of EST time zone. They responded the next day with clear to understand and helpful instructions. They pointed out to try one of the adapters that I thought I had already tried (I hadn't). It worked, of course! Had I tried it the first time, I would say the installation would only take you about five to maybe ten minutes at the most.
My only knock on the sprayer is the hose is too long. It's clearly advertised as 4.9 feet. I guess I really didn't pay attention to that detail when I ordered it. The issue is that there's a lot of slack hose that you have to hang up somehow. Otherwise the slack hose will end up laying in the bottom of your sink. You would have to mount the sprayer head wall-holder attachment super high up, or farther away from the sink, to take up the slack. You can wrap the slack hose around the holder a few times like I do. However, I think I will need to install some sort of a second wall holder or hook to hang up the slack.
