I bought this "renewed" Smart watch from Chubbiestech and I was worried about the condition it would come in. I was pleasantly surprised. It appears to be a brand new in the original box with all original accessories. I was so impressed with the condition, I wanted to leave a review, which I seldom do. Battery life is not great but, that is NOT the seller's fault. And there are adjustments most users can do to extend battery life, like turning off unnecessary options such as ekg monitoring always on display, etc. Silicone band is not great, but it would be cheap and easy to replace. My first smart watch and is good for my needs. Great for those who may want a smart watch but are not sure if it is for them. I am happy with the product and quick delivery. I bought a "renewed" watch. Excellent price. When I bought a replacement, the replacement worked well.

As to the original, when it arrived, the GPS didn't work. I was unable to make an "exchange" with this vendor. (I.e. They wouldn't deliver a replacement and hold billing pending the return of the original.)

So I returned it and ordered another. All's well that ends well.

This product was not properly inspected before sale! At first, I couldn't figure out why the bezel was so difficult to turn. Then a few extremely tiny strips of plastic started to come out from under it. I tried to remove them, but they were impossible to get to. How did no one check if the bezel rotated freely on a product rated excellent?

Also, this watch was shockingly thick and very heavy. I have large wrists and am no lightweight, but there's no way that I could get used to this monster. This watch is comically oversized... A Galaxy Watch 4 44mm or Galaxy Watch 6 44mm makes so much more sense unless you absolutely have to have that rotating bezel.
