    I was looking for a simple check writing program to keep track of my personal bills, with some reporting. This is more time consuming and complicated to set up than I anticipated. If I could return it, I would love to.
    I am not using it.

    I wanted to use the produce to generate invoices for my customers. I am disappointed that the software does not have a $ dollar sign to the total at the bottom of the invoice. Support told me Quicken does not have $ sign in the software and I have to add the $ sign using a pen.

    I have spent several hours trying to install this program. It is simply not working. There are a number of reoccurring glitches, In my opinion, this is is not a consumer friendly point and click installation and download product.

    I have trying for two days to download the quicken I bought from Amazon. Nothing seems to work and I can only assume that in less than a week, I will delete the transaction from my account and notify the credit card that I am not going to pay for it.
