I want to give zero stars. Set up is unnecessarily complicated for a couple of reasons: I don’t speak Chinese being the first. However even after translation, you are given a link to an app that is also in Chinese, and there is not a customer service phone number or troubleshooting guide. But there ARE two separate, conflicting user manuals included, so good luck figuring that out. You have an email address to reach out to with any problems and, you will never believe it, but it is also in Chinese. Supposing that you make it this far, you will be disappointed that the strong magnets that are advertised are actually about as strong as a piece of chewing gum that’s been chewed for 6 hours. And the battery, which I fully charged prior to any attempts to set this up, went from 98% (which was as full as it would charge) to 64% in a matter of 40 minutes while it was not even tracking anything (for obvious reasons). Amazon, I am disappointed that you allow this sort of cheap, rip off junk to be sold. You can buy this exact item on Temu for under $5. Or better yet, get rid of that man/woman that needs tracking and save more than just money.
