So firstly, I'm not using these with alcohol, I use them with liquid supplements that need to be measured out.
In my tests, I was able to consistently pour out the same 30ml of liquid every time. The key to consistency is to follow the instruction and purge the air beforehand and use it at an appropriate angle. Just note that you can get some leakage at certain angles because of the air tube that passes through.
These do appear to be clones of the USA made version by Ameripour. I almost went with those instead, but the price difference is too high -- if you're running a bar, you might like those, as they appear to be high quality and rugged for commercial use (I'd imagine the large part of their business). These fill the other end of the spectrum, less expensive, but a "functions okay" value proposition.
