Love the Bose Soundlink Mini 2 blue tooth speaker. The packaging was terrible for shipping electronics. It was only wrapped in some bubble wrap and put in another bubble wrap Amazon envelope. The item arrived in what looked like excellent shape, but when I tried to charge the batteries after using the system a couple of days. Only charged to 70%. BOSE paid for sipping to the repair facility, repaired, updated the speaker software/hardware, replaced front grill, back grill and battery pack then shipped back to me at no cost. Thank you BOSE! This is why I only buy Bose products. They are awesome, and the sound quality is unmatched.
This is why my rating went from 3 stars to 5! Nothing but BOSE for me baby, nothing but BOSE!
