I ended up trying a bunch of different cookies from the Amazon brand. I'm a big fan of cookies with milk, and surprisingly, these cookies were the best at soaking up milk with just a quick dip. The others needed more soak time. Also, these were better flavored than I was expecting. They are a bit hard to bite into on their own, but a quick bath in a nice cold glass of milk softens them right up. The price is on point for the product. The packaging and box are a bit skimped on, but you're just throwing that away anyway. These will be a repeat purchase of mine, especially when I can snag them with some specials or bundles on here!

I don't know what I was thinking, that amazon brand cookies wouldn't be as good as any other non-artisan national brand, BUT THEY ARE! Maybe even better than some. They are crunchy and delicious, exactly how I like them. And they are 100% great dipped in milk. I'd definitely order these again. Quality,

They were pretty good cookies, although they were a little bit stale and some of them were broken. They were quite crunchy, however. I didn’t really care because I paid less than three dollars for a big thing of cookies. Also, there’s no way to close the package back after you open it up so unless you’re gonna eat all the one day, you will probably have to use a plastic bag or something.

What else is there to say? The cookies are loaded with chocolate chips, which is my favorite thing about them. They've always arrived fresh and never broken up. Plus, they're $2 cheaper than the store brought name brands. That's a win-win in my pocketbook. ☺☺

I'd been craving some cookies and have tried the vanilla type wafers, peanut butter cookies, and want to try other varieties.
I ordered 2 pkgs of the oatmeal variety.
My box arrived, containing the 2 delicate cookie packages .
I pulled both out and discarded the little box.
Now, for the cookies...I opened up one package and seriously almost gasped!!
What??
Am I feeling a slightly soft cookie?
Reaching further inside, touching one after another, soft, soft. SOFT!!!
WELL AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS OF MUNCHING, I determined I'd better just get a zip lock baggy to empty them in...then I opened the next package. A broken piece jumped into my hand. I took a bite but this was crisp. Snap!
Still aromatic and yummy. However, it was clear to me this was a reject.
Close to half of the cookies are broken.
I guess I can set them aside for a cookie crust pie crust.
Its extremely disappointing that I got a premium fresh bag and a reject broke to pieces. Got caught underfoot at that bull stampeed.
Lol. I could have easily given 5 stars for that only one bag.
Does anyone in Amazon quality control have an explanation for such diverse product?

As I mentioned with other packages like this one... The cookies are good but the material of the package cracks easily, leaving a place for air to get to the cookies. So any cookies near that crack will be stale.

I like the cookies, a little on the bland side but overall good. The packaging is very poor and should be changed. My first order had one package torn (5). I got a credit for one and ordered 5 more, 2 of those arrived with torn packaging. I appreciate the speedy refund, but will no longer order these until I see they have changed the way they package them. I hate for a product to get wasted but could not trust the cookies in the open packaging so they had to be thrown away. Please Amazon change the packaging!
