After my previous review (below) customer service contacted me and offered me to send me another device at no extra cost. I receive the adapter quickly and I've been using it for a month already and is working great, Ethernet speeds are good, transfer speed is good, all good for now. Excellent customer service trying to make customer happy.

I worked fine for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks the ethernet adapter stopped working. I tried reinstalling the drives and all other solutions and nothing worked. The USB ports worked fine all the time, but the main reason I got this device was for the ethernet adapter. After the adapter stopped working the device used to get super hot when trying to use it, extremly hot, you can't hold it with your bare hands. Finally I decided to return it. So, it worked fine while it lasted.

Like I said in my headline, it works well but the ethernet is iffy. I have no problems with the USB ports but when I tried to use the ethernet port on it it sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. I will say that it worked more often than not, but I needed something that worked all the time without me having to fuss with it.

We needed a hard wire at work because the wireless connection was not always reliable. Our IT guy recommended another one, but this looked great due to the extra ports that come in handy. It has been connected for the past two weeks now and we really like it.
It was less expensive than the one IT recommended that was just a cable with one connection on each end. We are glad we purchased this one.

Have an iMac that apparently has an Ethernet port that finally gave out. I plugged this into one of many USB ports, and behold, the internet has returned. With its extra 3 UBS ports, what’s not to love. Just plug and play, nothing else is required. Appears to be made of Quality material. Couldn’t be happier.
