    Yesterday my car ran out of power in a remote area and I was lucky to have this jump starter with me. After connecting the battery as instructed, the starter quickly powered the car and it started up quickly. I had no problem operating it myself, it was simple and efficient. The battery jump starter is also of great quality and compact, so it takes up no space in the car. It is very suitable for those who drive for a long time.

    This jump starter works great for my 2012 honda accord. I always try to have a jump starter in my vehicle, especially when I go on a long trip. It's small, lightweight, and doesn't take up a lot of space in my trunk. It has a nice carrying case with easy instructions on how to use. this jump starter prevented me from having to wait on the side of the road and wait for the tow company. It is worth the money I paid for it. It has also came in very handy when we have gone camping and wanted to listen to music but didn't want to drain the phone battery. Just use the power bank and charge everything you need or want to. We were able to watch movies on the laptop and use our phone for music and our blutooth speakers. so far, I love this jump starter and it works great so far.

    During use, this device is very stable and easy to operate. It does not require any technical knowledge and is suitable for every car owner. The charging speed is also very fast and the battery life is also very strong. It is a good helper for travel! I am very satisfied with this product!

    Mainly bought it because of the functionality of bieng a jump starter and a tire inflator in one product. So far I have just used it to inflate my vehicle tires and it works good. Don't like the fact that the LCD screen is not brighter for those super sunny days. Also, the battery goes down quick when inflating all four tires (just for adding like 5 psi on each tire)
    Good product but it could use some improvements

    I've purchased 2 similar devices to compare and purchase 2 better one. However, I've decided to keep both. My criteria for portable charger was simple, keep it's charge while not being used and include an air pump. Both devices were fine and passed my tests.

    Scatach Q16 is bigger than I expected but this is built like a tank. This is a solid device. I am confident this will survive drops and abuses. Large, easy to read buttons. Easy to navigate functions without reading instructions. Display is nice and crisp. All usual accessories came in box, including a nice hard case. Air pump had no issue filling air in my SUV. I've kept the Scatach in my car for 1 week during cold Chicago weather. Battery was at 100%. This exceeded my expectation and will be keeping it in my car for emergency.

    First of all, I really don't like to give negative reviews but in this case I have no choice. And to be clear, I have no problem with the vendor or amazon, both are 5's in my book, my issue is with the jump starter(s) only. I purchased 10 of these for Christmas gifts, I attempted to fully charge each one, which is recommended before I gifted them out to my family. Then the problem, 4 of of 10 would not charge and gave an error code. I was now concerned that the reason I bought them, for my children and grandchildren's safety, they may not work and leave them stranded and in a dangerous situation. I communicated with amazon and the vendor about the E14 error stopping the charging process, but neither could tell me what it meant or if it can be reset or how it can be fixed. I was offered replacements and said ok to that with one exception, if any, even 1 of the 4 replacements I received had the same error when charging I will return all 10 because I couldn't trust any would work when needed or be able to be re-charged if they did actually work the first time. Ok, so I received the replacements very quickly, which was good; but the first one I took out of the box to charge gave the error code E14. I immediately boxed up all 10 and proceeded to return them for a full refund. So now I have no gifts to give and waiting on my refund of over $500. Merry Christmas, you get 1 Star, 5 out of 10 just not good enough.

    I have been adding items to my car emergency what if bag and this air compressor and jump starter all in one was exactly what I needed. I have not yet had to use the jump start capability, but I am confident the little brick will get the job done. The air compressor is compact but powerful enough to inflate my Honda CRV tires to 38 psi, they were a little under inflated around 30 psi, took approximately a minute and a half.

    I also use this to check and fill my scooter. Very handy to have and takes less than 20 seconds to inflate those tires to 45 psi.

    Very much like that it tells you the pressure in the tire before inflating, so it can also be used as a pressure gage.

    My one negative comment is the psi option is last among the various units of measurements and it does not remember your settings when it turns off to conserve power or when you are finished filling. So be prepared to hook up the nozzle then set the units and pressure. To me it is not that big of a deal as it switches easily and the machine is reliable. But it is something to consider.

    The box I recieved was sealed, but pretty beat up. The item appears to be in good working condition so far. It has a firm sided protective case as well to help protect it so that helped as well.
