I kind of figured it sounded too good to be true, and I wasn’t wrong. I followed instructions explicitly (which weren’t rocket science) and it didn’t change the scratch on my car at all. Complete waste of money!

This product doesn't work. We tried this cloth on several scratches. A couple were barely noticeable before being treated - with no improvement.
The good news is, the cloth doesn't appear to have damaged the car finish.

This works on paint removal from a scratch but nothing for scratch. If you brushed against a pole or another car it may remove the paint with some hard scrubing.

Had heard all about this kind of product with claims about how they erase small scratches so thought I'd give them a try. Think all the brands are pretty much the same and just landed on this one randomly. I wasn't that impressed. I have a minor scratch on my car door and it's still there after using these wipes; it's less noticeable, but it's still there. Not a bad product, just doesn't live up to its claims, so might be good to adjust expectations when you buy it.
