This is a great program for keeping track of what you eat. It will tell you calories, fat, protein, carbs, cholesterol and weight. It has over 1000 items and it also allows you to add in other items that are not here or customize any particular item that you make from scratch. I saw someone's comment in here about a simple spreadsheet will do just fine--well that is if you look up all the pertinent data first. If you are looking for calorie count and carbs or cholesterol, this will do it. If you want a program that tracks other things like exercise and calories burned there are other programs that will do this but beware they are interactive meaning your information is all out there. This program is downloaded into your computer so there are no annoying ads and no information being disseminated.

Good value for the price (99 cents), but ended up going back to Perfect Diet Tracker, which has more features that I use for aiding my weight loss.
