The socks are comfy, has a gel lining on the heel. It's very comfy to walk in the socks if you don't have any cream/ointment on your heels. Otherwise it will be slippery.
I was using an ointment for cracked heels and it took me full 7 days to see the results gradually. Not 1 day like they show on the package. I was also consistent with the ointment by applying it 2 times a day and keeping my socks on all day/night. Only taking a break for showers.
So if you have badly cracked heels, be consistent and patient. It will take some time to see the results.
