I bought this for work and personals use, and immediately fell in love! I got the 13.5".
It's light but feels and looks sturdy, and the computer itself looks very professional. The battery holds up well unless I'm playing a strenuous game like Conan exiles, (that's expected because it's not a gaming laptop) but it runs the game great! I was almost discouraged to buy it because of a few bad reviews, but I'm so glad I did! I will update the review in a few weeks to tell how it's doing.

(Update: I still love it!! It works amazing and it hold up really well!)

I Needed to upgrade from a slow 10 year PC laptop. Surface arrived in strong packaging. Easy set up and download of my existing 365 Microsoft. Light weight, felt cloth surface on internal base. Thin and easy to carry in tote bag.

it's hard to find any flaws with this laptop, It is very high quality, worth every dollar, and would recommend, If i were to make a complaint maybe it would have to be with the charger it can get in the way sometimes other than that there really isn't much to complain about

This is the second time of purchased this laptop from Amazon within a week. The first one came defective out of the box. The keyboard, trackpad, and display would not work. Also, I received an open boxed laptop instead of a brand new laptop (the shrink wrap and all the protective plastics/materials were missing).

I returned this laptop and immediately bought a second one. This second laptop arrived was not opened box this time (shrink wrap and all protective materials included), but the exact same problems as the first laptop; keyboard, touchpad, and display all not working.

Plugging in external keyboard and mouse allowed me to get through setup, but getting the display to work required holding power button for 5 seconds. I went through all system updates and firmware updates and installs, but that didn't fix problems. I could see device manager reporting issues with the firmware. I eventually got firmware in a working state but still nothing was working.

Now I have to wait 30 days for my refund. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. I will never buy such expensive items from amazon again, especially with how their customer service treats you.

Wonderful product: 15" display is the way, not obtrusive at all. Super skinny and lightweight unit. Lighted keyboard is done subtle and elegant... keyboard travel fantastic Track is nice size, not quite big as my macbook but very good size. System is very fast in this configuration 512 gb 16 gb ram... in my opinion no need to go to next level, save the $500. Look and finish is amazing. flips open with one hand which is nice. Power brick has a usb charging port which is awesome.
The 3 cons are: only 1 USB C / Thunderbolt 4 port, would have been easy to add 1 or 2 more - 720 camera is odd in this day and age not to do a 1080, battery life is wildly overestimated, no way 17 hours in any scenario... they seem to do this with all the surface line as my surface book was also way over specked on battery life.
Even with the 3 cons it is an amazing unit and I am thrilled with it.

It’s not as perfect as I imagined. I checked the WiFi network and it’s fine. The laptop’s response speed is still a little slow. It’s OK for video editing and office work. But when I downloaded the Age of Empires 4Surface Laptop, it didn’t run well. The overall performance is about 80 points.
