5.0 out of 5 stars Game to Buy.

...Dragon Age: Inquisition. This game is very good. I will be reviewing this game for the PC as this is what I play it on.

    Value:
Extremely good. I would wait for this to go on sale as it does fairly often. The Game of the Year Edition will give you the most value because it contains all of the DLC in addition to the full game. But EVEN if you pay full price for this game you are getting your money's worth. You can easily spend 100+ hours on one play trough here guys. Not to mention you will want to play through it again... That is because this game is huge and there is more than enough to do.

    Graphics:
Amazing. I will say that on PC you will get the very best graphics but the difference on the PS and Xbox is negligible. Thedas come alive in front of you like you have never seen it before.

    Story:
I am primarily a single player gamer. So I am big on the story of a game. BioWare, as usual, does not disappoint. The story pulls you in from the first few minutes until the very end. You will really feel a part of this one. The story changes slightly depending on your race and game choices as well! Also you will want to do the DungeonKeeper story line on the Dragon Age website to make the story choices whether you played the last couple dragon ages or not. This is because the game world will change based on these choices.

    PROS:
    Graphics are stunning
    Story is engaging
    Amazing value here

    CONS:
Multiplayer leaves a lot to be desired plus the micro transactions (head slap).
Fans of the very technical team tactics will wish they could make more choices.

Please excuse me. I have more Dragon Age Inquisition to play...

5.0 out of 5 stars I LOVE this game!!!!!!

I've played this on my PS3 (years ago), played it again on PS4 (years ago) and played it again recently on my PC. I don't play many games but this is by far, my favorite. I've played all of the characters, on different difficulty levels and this just doesn't 'get old' for me.

With this game being as old as it is, it's great that you can get all of the add-ons for a combined price of $10.

A great game from a good franchise that is finally getting back to what it's good at. I was worried after the disaster that was Dragon Age 2, but this hit all the right notes from DA: Origins and added a few more. And I love the new Dragon Keep model, where you can go online and customize your 'starting world' experience based on who you played in the first two games and what decisions you made. It makes it easy for those of us who played it on multiple platforms (PC vs Xbox 360) to still have carry over from all our games, and not have to worry about glitches from conflicting choices. Changing your starting world makes entire sections of the game feel knew each time you play through it, and I love the variety of conversations and cut scenes that occur because of those decisions and the ones you make throughout the game. You can play it has a hack-n-slash and ignore all that if you want, but for me that's where most of the fun is. I've been through the entire game twice, and am about to finish my third run through. And even with those hours upon hours of playtime, I'm considering a fourth time just because of a few alternatives I haven't explored yet in game. I love it!

4.0 out of 5 stars Wait for a SALE
Reviewed in the United States on January 4, 2016
I have been craving another game like Skyrim since Skyrim came out. I loved it! Open world, terrifying creatures, scenery and exploration, not to mention crafting armor, weapons, potions and building strengths with each hand individually. This is not like Skyrim so much and it seemed like it would be. :-( Don't get me wrong, it's okay, but it really lacks in adventure. I do like how you have the various maps and how the scenery varies greatly. That much I can say is actually better than Skyrim. It just seems that this game had potential to be really powerful, but it seems to have missed the mark, almost like they were rushing to meet a deadline or something. If you haven't played Skyrim, I would recommend this. Even if you have, it's still decent, but I gotta say, it hasn't satiated my gaming craving. With that being said, I'm so glad I got this when it was on sale for 50% off because it isn't worth the normal $60 price tag they slapped on this game.

1.0 out of 5 stars Game is great. DON'T BUY DIGITAL CODE FROM AMAZON. CHEAPER ON ORIGIN WEBSITE

THIS REVIEW DOES NOT REFLECT OPINION OF GAME, ONLY AMAZON AND DIGITAL PURCHASE.
I love this game. I have it on XBOX1 and decided I would like to replay it on my new computer. I purchase the 'Game of the year' knowing I wanted to play all the DLC so this made the purchase a good buy.
No where does it say (unless you count other peoples comments) that this is not the download. What you purchase here is the code that requires you to login to Origin to enter and download.
After finally finding in the comments what to do with the code, imagine my surprise when logging into Origin I discovered my $60 code, was for a game that was only $40 on Origin. Ok, fine...whatever. (Thanks Amazon for ripping me off, if I knew I had to go to the website I could have just bought it there.)
After my attempt to download, the game did not load correctly for some reason and did not have any of the DLC content that I purchased with the Game of the Year edition. I read online that a fix was to delete and reinstall the game. Tried that and guess what? No where in my online purchases does this game show up on Origins, and since I already redeemed the code from amazon there was no way for me to fix this. I ended up paying for the game again, through Origins this time, and everything works fine.
BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT BUY THIS GAME ON AMAZON IF YOU ARE PURCHASING THE ONLINE CODE FOR DOWNLOAD. JUST GO TO ORIGIN WEBSITE (you will have to do this anyway) YOU WILL PAY LESS MONEY AND BE GUARANTEED THE PRODUCT WILL WORK.
