I wanted a game my son would enjoy playing and would actually teach him something. This game is great, it has spelling, wordseach, alphabetizing, and much more. He likes this game and I like because he is learning from it. There is a part on here where the kid reads a short book then answers questions about what they read but in a game mode. I really like this game, finally a reading game that acually teaches reading.

This is a great reading tool. However, we have Windows 7 and Windows 8. This does not work well on Windows 8 and slow with Windows 7.... More compatible with 7. My son loves games and I like the reading interaction to get to the games.

I bought this game for my daughter but every time I try to open it on my computer, it won't work. If you have a windows 8 do not buy this game. :(

My son really likes this. Holds his attention and he doesn't think of it as work. I would recommend this for sure.

when I purchase this I knew from the get go that making it work on win 7 was a long shot, so I'm not surprised that after trying to run this program in compatibility mode and through xp virtual mode is not launching properly. it's a disappointment really, this is a great program that helps kids master reading. I wish this software company will upgrade their programs and make them compatible with win 7 and win 8 but alas they won't. so if your computer is win 7 beware that it might not work on your computer and if it does please come back and let us know how you got it to work.

I purchased this product as a gift. I have used this product in the past with my older child. This product is excellent if your child is having problems with Reading and understanding the concept of language or you just want to give your child a head start on their education. Going to purchase for my young child.

Both times I ordered this item it was not working.i had to return it twice each time I received a non working disc.
