    Our parakeets love Bird Greens sprinkled on their chop or salad each day. Sometimes I add it in the pellet plus seed mix, or in their forage box. Anyway I give it to them, they fly to it, have a chatter (discussion, everything coming into their aviary must be discussed first) about it and take turns eating. The Greens smell delicious, like something I’d want to put on my salad or use as a marinade. I do keep it in the refrigerator, although it says cool, dry place, because that’s where the produce is.
    I would definitely recommend this to your birds.

    World’s pickiest eater, Bubba the Budgie, apparently loves these veggies as much as millet; making his owner feel quite hypocritical in his own like (or dislike) of veggies. I’ve had him 7 of his 8 years. Fed him Kaytee products the entire time. Last vet visit showed perfect health and zero breast fat also due in part to freedom to fly in a safe place at his desire. I believe “little big man” has another 4 to 7 years in him with proper care, good exercise and the good and wholesome diet that Kaytee products deliver.
