    They were not useful at all. Not easy to use and I did not anything from them at all. I will be returning for full refund.

    The note that comes with the CD’s says you need a Key Code if installing Windows..when you hit install, skip code and follow prompt...if your computer already had Windows it will let you install without a Key Code..I am so excited because I did not want to purchase a new laptop!!

    Windows boot manager was not loading. Nothing was fixed using this disk. Sometimes the disk wouldn't load or would take a god awful long time to load and move between features. A shot in the dark when buying this disk but it's powder was damp.

    Could not repair the problem with this disk. The software could not get passed the spot on the hard drive thats bad. Nor could it install an autoexec file to bring up windows.
