We bought this to put in our pool to keep the ducks out of it. The ducks think our pool is their own personal pond and I’ve tried countless things to keep them out. For two days, these worked and we had no ducks but lo and behold, they came back. We had a problem with the alligators blowing out of the pool ( the wind) so I tied them down with some string so they could float around a bit but couldn’t float freely. I purchased a second alligator to take up more space and hopefully keep the ducks away but that didn’t work either.
These are nice floaties for the pool. My 5 year old & 2 year old grandkids like them. The handles (4) are very secure and are on top of the alligator. They are very large and I like the details on the floaties. Good purchase.
