Delicious and Easy-to-Make Mac and Cheese!

This mac and cheese only requires you to boil noodles and add butter, milk and the cheese packet that comes with the pasta. I add in 8 ounces of shredded sharp cheddar cheese too to make it super cheesy! So this is a delicious and easy-to-make mac and cheese and has good ingredients.

My family has loved velveeta mac and cheese for years. We recently tried these and love them! My picky son especially loves these. Only problem I've noticed with this pack from Amazon is that the cheese packet can come rock solid. I have to take the solidified powder and blend it in a blender for it to be power form again. This is very inconvenient and that is why i took a star off.

I try to choose the healthiest options available when it comes to feeding my children and prepare most of our meals myself. That said, sometimes you just need an easy lunch! I feel good about this brand and the ingredients, and my kids love it too. The price for this case at time of purchase was quite a bit cheaper than the grocery store, which inspired my purchase. Every bit counts these days!

We've been getting this 12-pack subscribe and save for years. My kids love it, and since it says organic I feel a tiny bit better about the magical powdered cheese product. Cheaper to buy it this way than at the grocery store.

Thought I try because of sale. The taste was not there for me. However, it definitely wasn't horrible. I probably will add more butter or maybe add hotdogs or smoky links to the next 3 boxes. Healthier .... I don't know.

Beloved pink mac and cheese!

New recipe update: I’m keeping the stars the same. The stuff cooks the same (we’ve always boiled ours for 11-12 minutes) and I realized that I’m supposed to dissolve the milk, cheese, and butter together before adding the pasta back in, so now it is smoother. I was very hesitant about giving the new recipe to my son because he has probably consumed hundreds of boxes of the stuff.

So, everything mixed evenly. It tasted almost exactly the same. The pasta was even softer. Only thing I didn’t like was the color change. It’s a deeper orange and my kiddo noticed, but he took a bite and approved. I mentioned nothing about it being “yummier.” We often dissolve a slice of mild cheddar cheese into ours as well, so that stayed the same. We still recommend and love it, but would love the color toned down.

Old formula reviews: Oh Annie’s pink box pasta. Little did I know when I became a parent I would be fixing a box of this 4-5 times a week. We add a little butter and milk and it’s my 6 year old son’s absolute favorite. He can eat an entire pot of this stuff by himself sometimes.

My son has sensory processing issues, so we don’t have a lot of foods he will eat. This has been a staple for years now. Maybe going on 4? Don’t ever change.

As for me, it’s hard to get the mix completely dissolved. My son nor toddler daughter care and gobble it down. My son makes me turn the pot upside down to make sure every last bit is out. And it’s organic enough that it’s okay to have daily right? :)
