Great product. I ordered 12 and one was received damaged. The replacement was fast and easy. These look great on the call center floor.

I really like this product as it is a white board on front side and back side and comes with a very sturdy cart! The problem I had was with shipping! The first one came damaged to the point that it could not be used in a professional setting. I processed the return with Amazon and was sent another one...this one was better but was still damaged. The company that manufacturers this includes a flyer which allows you to contact their customer service dept. if you have a problem. I contacted them 2-3x and they were WONDERFUL to work with. They were courteous, helpful, and fulfilled my needs in a way that I rarely see from manufacturers these days. None of the problems were their fault but they stepped up and assisted me very quickly anyways. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

I’ve purchased many whiteboards from this brand and have always been very satisfied. I was surprised to see these cracks on this board. I would still purchase this brand but next time I’ll need to keep an eye on delivery. It arrived with package in tact but when I opened it, that whiteboard was damaged with these cracks. I didn’t have time to open the package until a week later to see the surprised damage. Luckily this board is for home office use so I can make it work.

Update: I received my replacement because my first one arrived damaged and the first thing I noticed was the absolute joke they did by packaging this. It looked like they just threw it in some box they found from a local retailer’s discarded box pile and then put just enough tape that it would keep the board from falling out. And so it was no surprise that this replacement whiteboard was damaged as well, though not as bad as the first one. At this point I’m just going to cut my losses, but for anyone else considering buying this my advice is DO NOT waste your money. My original review is below when I tried to give the company the benefit of the doubt. I can say now that this was a terrible purchase and nowhere near worth the price.

So, first the product came damaged and now I’m having to deal with getting a replacement. I can’t say with 100% certainty, but based on what I could tell I don’t believe it happened during shipping. This leads me to the actual quality of this board.

The quality of the product itself is okay, but not great. I expected it to be a little better considering the price. The materials are thin and the construction isn’t the sturdiest so the board tends to wobble when you write. The design of the rotating mechanism that allows the board to flip isn’t great either.

The good thing about this board is that it is easy to assemble and comes with markers, an eraser, and magnets. Overall, I guess I’m okay with the product, but I think it’s overpriced. There’s nothing about it that makes me feel it’s worth paying over $100 for and should I find myself in the market for a whiteboard again I’ll likely look for something else.

Whiteboards aren't cheap -- I don't know why they're so expensive but they work well and this one does the job. Amazon's prices consistently hard to beat.

The packaging seems fine so I'm sure it varies from person to person. The first board came badly damage and I contacted customer support about the damage to see if I could get a replacement. There was no hassle on getting a new board. The second board arrived, they sent the same product, with the legs and everything, but the second board still came with minor damage. Decided that the damage wasn't too bad on the second board and that it was worth the $150 for the hassle free customer service. I do hope they look into the packaging and shipping process of this product to lower customer complaints. 3 stars.
