When I got the stream deck it came in easy packaging and was very easy to install with only one cable, you can use it for a wide verity of things like a sound board, music control, and adobe products. I've been using this Stream Deck for a few months now. I've been planning to stream for a while, but I've been busy, so I've been using this Stream Deck for other utility uses. It's been primarily my controller board for Discord input and output changing, but it's also a nice board to use to quickly open up apps on my PC. It has a lot of customization whether you'll use this for streaming or not. I've had no issues whatsoever.

Also, like others who purchased the Atomic Purple color, I too was affected by the box tear label being "torn". But to me, it seemed like the pressure from how tightly packed the box was broke it open rather than someone tearing it open on purpose. Nothing was missing from the box, nor was anything touched as far as I'm aware.

Out of the box, the LCD keys made it easy to control my streams on OBS Studio and switch scenes seamlessly. The setup was incredibly quick, and I appreciated how intuitive the software was—it took just minutes to map out the actions I needed most and the online instructions helped too.
For me what stands out is the versatility. I use it for streaming and also for video editing, where I’ve assigned keys to speed up common actions like cuts and renders. The Elgato Marketplace adds even more value with plugins that make it adaptable for other apps like Photoshop or Discord.

• Interchangeable faceplates are a fun customization option.

To start off, I do not use this to stream. Instead I use it for hot keys for music, and games like Helldivers 2 or American Truck Simulator. I also use it to power my computer off and open certain games or programs, easy to use, value is there if it’s something you’ll use, sized just right but if you are at an angle it may look funny, quality is good I like the removable cable and it’s compatible with a lot of programs on the plugins site for elgato and they download pretty fast.

The Elgato Stream Deck 15-button Studio Controller is a fantastic product. This product is mainly shown as being used by content creators/streamers; however, the stream deck is so versatile that anyone can use it for any reason. The versatility of this product comes from the multiple plugins you can install and how you can open up numerous applications with the click of one button to control lights and even your AC (if you have smart home devices). There is a learning curve when setting up multiple actions to one button.

As a content creator, the stream deck has significantly sped up my workflow from streaming to editing videos for my work and other tasks.

Regardless of what you do, if you are looking to speed up your workflow, the 15-button Stream Deck is a must-have.

This product is amazing not just for streamers but for anyone who uses the web regularly. I’ve used this to automate almost any and every tedious task the software is super sleek and easy to use the design is very straight forward and the speed of this this in instant. Overall great value if you’re on your computer frequently even more value if you work from home. The only complaint I have is the size after automating everything I feel like I need more buttons Luckly there is a stream deck XL.
