This carb fit my old made in USA Tecumseh engine on a Troy Bilt Econo Horse Rototillerand started it right up after sitting for about 8 years . The replacement fuel line was about as much as the Carb ! Only adjustment I had to make was the bottom needle type valve .

This is actually a good carburator, read below.

So, as the title reads, this is actually a good, functioning carburator. There are so many variations of these, pay super close attention to what you are replacing. In my case, even though the choke lever was different, I thought I could simply change out the choke lever from the original tecumseh carburator. But, the small spring that holds the choke lever where you set it is in a different spot. So the old choke lever would not work. I was able to carefully drill a hole in the correct spot, move the spring and use the old choke lever. Small adjustments to the high and low idle, but it did fire right up. (The original tecumseh carb had 2 holes so it could accommodate either choke lever.) In any case, it does work, and works well. Decent, fair price for a Chinese aftermarket carb. Oh. Don't pay any attention to the fact that the inside of the carb seems to be missing a welch plug. It doesn't need one. It's designed to not need one there.

3/16/24- The company contacted me due to my initial review. They offered a replacemnt or refund. I had already ordered another carburetor and they quickly gave me a refund for the orinigal purchase.

Works great on Tecumesh 6 hp that runs my Horse III tiller. The seller is responsive and will work to resolve any issues that you may have with carb. One of the threads that my air cleaner mounts to was mis threaded but I was able to work around it but they were willing to replace it. My particular setup I had to bend the choke lever to work properly, it was not a defect it was due my my engine design. It works great and will buy another one just to have an extra on hand because it’s such a great price.

Installed on a VH60 vertical shaft Tecky. Fits right, but you'll have to swap the choke shaft to run the factory integrated choke/throttle/shutdown lever. Carb ran good once tuned up, but float level was way too high out of the box. Can't complain too much for a $14 carb, but be aware it might need some tweaking to run right.
