[9BB Cell Design. More Busbar, More Power. BougeRV 200W solar panel uses the high-level 9BB cell design which has a 23% highest conversion rate. Makes the solar panel have a longer service life. Increase the cell receiving surface, thinner ribbon reduces the covered area by 22%. Also, it can charge a 12V battery or charge a 24/48V battery by wiring several solar panels in series.
[Made of Class A Solar Cell. With no visible defects and no microcracks, the BougeRV 200-watt solar panel passes the strict EL test. While other class B and C cells will have obvious cracks. The grade of the cell determines the actual output of the solar panel.
[Compact Design, More Power]. Compared to other 200W solar panels, the BougeRV 9BB 200W solar panel is about 8% smaller but it could power the same or even more. Compared to other 100w solar panels, it's about 48% larger, but 100% more power, which allows you to install the solar panel on the limited roof of the RV/VAN/Trailer, so you can get more power in the limited space.

I bought 4 of the 200W 9BB Solar Panels (on 4 different occasions). They were all very well packaged and three arrived flawless. One had a small dent in the corner of the aluminum frame but nothing that was worth sending it back for (in my opinion). Customer service was fast, friendly and favorable to the customer. All 4 panels put out acceptable power. I have seen 175W output from these panels and I did NOT strategically place or position them for optimum angle to the sun. They may possibly produce more. Being that these panels perform so well I opted to place and position them where convenient and aesthetically acceptable. I would definitely buy these panels again!

Packaged well as usual, this is my third BougeRV 200 watt panel. Sunny day, a tad hazy, pulled 178 watts.

These work great for the price. Only con I have seen in a year of using is, in Michigan, no matter what time/month/angle of panel, the highest wattage seen is 160 per panel. I run 6 panels to max out my victron 100/50 solar charger

Bought these September of 2023, but just now getting around to reviewing them as we spent most of the winter building our van. Now that we’re using it I must say that I’m very impressed with the performance of the panels. We have a pair of them on the van, and despite being rated at 200 watts each, on good days they beat that. Looking back over the last 30 days as recorded in the Victron app, I had one day with a pmax of 510W, and several others well over 400. And I live at 47° north. Pretty good performance I’d say. Looking forward to seeing how they do further south.

Great packaging to insure a safe arrival. Edges were wrapped, corners were guarded, glass panel face foam covered. Installed and was getting 22 Volts on a scattered cloud day. Would buy this brand and vendor again.

UPDATE -- I tested both panels and they work flawlessly. The numbers shown by my charge controller are actually better than what the specs on the panels would suggest. Very happy with these panels ---

I ordered two of these while they were on sale. I chose the 200 watt 9BB BougeRV panels after watching and reading many reviews, almost all of which were extremely positive. Both panels arrived in good condition and very quickly shipped via USPS. My only concern is that the box flap on one of the two panels was completely open, and that box was missing packing material and the paperwork which was present in the box for the other panel. That makes me wonder if one of the panels I received might have been a customer return or something. I'll update my review once I've had a change to test the panels but for now I'm happy. Will order two more of these when budget allows. At 0.86 cents a watt (on sale) I don't think you can go very wrong with these panels.

Terrible packaging. 2/3 of panels arrive damaged and require replacement. If you receive one panel without frame damage, consider yourself lucky. Some panels look intact, but have hidden damage and invisible micro-cracks. 8 purchased panels developed visible snail trails after 6 weeks of use.

Prop tip: retain all packaging until Amazon's return time frame expires. You will need to return some panels, guaranteed.

Product quality is a gamble. Some panels seem perfect but one had 21V OC voltage instead of 22.5V. The bourgerv logo fades in a couple of weeks -- I am guessing this is some cheap white-labeling at the unknown Chinese plant.

The 10 year warranty is a marketing gimmick. There is no way for these panel to last longer than a couple of years. Even if bourgerv survives as a company and honors warranty, shipping logistics will not be economical and you will be better off buying a replacement. That might be the company's business plan.

I have 3 of these along with 2 200 watt BougeRv Bifacial panels. Totaling 1000 watts hooked into my Ecoflow Delta Pro. Highest wattage seen so far is 1066 watts coming in which is outstanding. This is with 90 feet of cable ran (8awg) to help minimize power loss. The biggest problem in my opinion with solar panels is the shipping and how they are handled by the carrier. These all arrived perfect but my first order one was shattered.
