Last August, (2023) I decided to reorganize the hand tools in my garage work space because they were all over the place and I couldn’t find them half the time I needed them.
So, guess what.
One thing led to another, and boom! The good lord laughs at our plans.
Rearranging my hand tools became emptying out my whole garage and starting over.
It’s December and I’m almost done putting everything back in the garage.
Except my snow thrower.
It is kind of big, and moving it all over the place to make room for my “re-org” wasn’t in the cards, so I needed to leave it outside until I finally made enough room to welcome it back in. In the meantime, I needed a cheap and easy way to protect it from the elements. I came across this snow blower cover on Amazon, and I ordered it.
First, let me say, this is a quality item. Not too expensive but fabricated well enough to meet my needs here in Upstate NY.
This cover fits my snow blower machine very well, which is surprising considering how large it is. They made things a lot larger 20 years ago, so I imagine this cover will fit the bill for anyone looking to cover up a more modern and presumably more compact machine.
I like the fact that it has several long reflective stripes running from stem to stern because they make it so much easier to see the cover when I pull into my driveway at night. This is a nice product, and I’m thinking its worth the money. I’ve decided to leave my snow blower outside for the entire season just to see what happens. The cover is going to take a beating. Tune in next April for the results. I’m as curious as you are.
In the interim, based on what I see up to now, I should get a couple of seasons out of it. Time will tell.
