I took a chance ordering a refurb but I was very pleased when it arrived. It was extremely well packaged, just like a new one. I opened it up and installed it, very east set up process. I was a little worried at first because I didn't receive a installation disc but no worries as I looked up the product online and downloaded the necessary installation .exe and thus far it's working great. I'm not sure if I missed out on any other products that may have been included on a disc but no worries as I have everything I need.
