WiFi issues ?

I wanted to love this and I tried my best to troubleshoot it. Hopefully no one else had this same problem. I got it because the reviews were great and honestly I couldn’t enjoy it at all. Purchased for school and it literally kept dropping and reconnecting to the internet. Amazon and I troubleshooted for DAYS and we still couldn’t get it to stop. I’m talking once every 5 min it would connect and disconnect. I even went to a different location to use different internet. Maybe I was unfortunate and got a bad product but I’m too scared to try it again and will be purchasing a different brand when my return is finalized as I needed it for school.

Cheap Quality and Slow Processor

Be wary of this product. The body of the laptop is made of cheap plastic, so much so that you can press the touchpad keys from under the laptop. The processor is very slow, and regardless of the other specs of the laptop, it stutters a lot even when just browsing through the internet or the system settings on S mode.

You must also really consider if this is the product you want, as they will charge you for returning the product (I was charged $35 even though I returned it on time and followed all instructions). I personally think there are better options out there.

This laptop does in fact have a rich feel to it, it's slim and sleek. While the keyboard doesn't match the black in the photo (it's actually gray) it still looks pretty good. My main issue is the noise of the fan in this laptop: as soon as you open it it runs so loud for a good minute. It would quiet down slowly, stop, and then start running again.

On top of that, I was supposed to receive a laptop with 512 gb but was given one with 256 gb storage. It's still good, but just putting this in because it doesn't fully match the product description.

Only runs in S mode

Very frustrating. Only runs in S mode. So I cannot use any apps/browsers, etc unless they are Microsoft approved apps. I cannot use for many of the apps I need for work.
Tried all the troubleshooting suggestions to remove S mode. Nothing worked. I’m opting to return. Need a laptop that is simple and will work right away. Nothing crazy or fancy.

I believe this would be a nice laptop for someone that is only using Microsoft approved programs. That means no Google or choice of Virus protection or other programs you may want to install. It is not stated in the specs and after spending hours of trying to get it to work I opted to return it. This is the first time I heard of S-Mode which apparently is a Microsoft security feature.

This is an awesome little laptop. It is very light and very fast. At first I was hesitant to purchase it because it was very inexpensive and so I thought it would not be all that good. After receiving it I did the start up using the very easy to follow directions and in no time my laptop was up and running. I highly recommend this machine for its simplicity, price and speed.

Keeps kind of crashing?

Having a lot of trouble with this computer. The cursor often starts spinning, the task bar will disappear / reappear (hide task bar is not on), and it will close whatever app or folder I'm in.
