I noticed I was having a lot of discoloration on my face and my dermatologist said it was due to sun damage. She recommended this moisturizer/spf. I generally don’t like sunscreen on my face because it always feels oily and smells like tanning oil! This one is great, though. Nice coverage, not too think, great tint.
Will definitely continue purchasing this!

This is a combination of sunscreen and light tint. Looks fine on my fair skin. Easy to squirt a little out and smooth it on face and back of hands. There is sun in Seattle!

I love how lightweight this feels on my skin while still protecting me from the sun. It’s a great price and I love that it also gives light makeup coverage as well.

I don’t know why zinc is important but my dermatologist said to get a sunscreen with zinc. She recommended elta.

I tried elta and CeraVe. Unfortunately the CeraVe didn’t have zinc. ????????‍♀️

With the elta, the orange tint was too weird on my skin. I’m a redhead with fair skin so the tint looked odd. Strangely is gave less coverage than the tinted CeraVe’ brand, but showed up more. The CeraVe tint wasn’t bad and actually gave a little coverage. I liked that.

The elta went on easier. Smooth, like butter. The CeraVe had a little more pull on the skin because it was thicker. That was the only negative, and that it didn’t have zinc. The price for CeraVe was MUCH cheaper.

It is not drying; however, not as moisturizing as your favorite moisturizer. My face is extremely dry so I put on my moisturizer and then the EltaMD on top and that works well, especially if you have extra dry skin. It is nice to feel like your skin is being protected against sun damage. I like both the clear cream and the tinted.
