The only thing I dislike is the sound, since they are right by your ears it is a bit distracting but it's not overly loud to the point of being obnoxious. They are comfortable and look like headphones. Great for keeping your face cool.

Perfect for Hot and Humid Outdoors Work

I am a Master Gardener Volunteer and a couple of the activities include weeding. The heat and humidity switch goes on in mid-April and goes off in mid-October.

For the miserable part of the year I dress accordingly. I have a wide-brimmed hat and long-sleeved and long pants that are as light as possible, I bring plenty and I use a Therma-Cell to keep the mosquitoes away. The only thing that I didn't have-and had never heard of-was a neck fan. A friend of mine told me that such a thing existed and I started my research.

I chose this brand because it's very sturdy yet lightweight, is flexible enough to open it enough to put it on my neck, has plenty of "holes" to go around my head, has three speeds (I'm only out for a couple of hours but the high speed lasts at least that long) and uses USB for charging. It really cools down my neck and the bottom of my head.

I don't think that it's water resistant if that's a concern. It fits firmly around my neck but not so firm that I can't move my head around.

I've also shown it to my fellow Master Gardeners and recommended this brand. With any luck they'll purchase this model and begin to enjoy outside work during the summer.

Can you tell by now that I really, really like this product? :)

I bought this for a gentleman I work with. The first time I saw this on a Starbucks barista.
What’s that? I asked him, “A neck Fan?
I almost burst out laughing. ????
However, men seem to love it. A bit bulky for small me. It works in the car or on your feet all day.
The b$ est gift. It’s unique, and for $ 20.00, it’s a steal. Does not blow cold in heat.
You have to be in a regular temp place. It’s a fashion statement. Who would have known? This neck fan is the best-looking one for the price. Stylish, and men love it. Now, make one for the girls. Lighter and smaller. Good job, and great gift on this one.
If you spend a hefty price, you can get one that is like an air conditioner. Buy this one. Cheaper and best gift for the guy who has everything.

My wife uses this fan daily on her job and she loves it because it is small, silent, battery last for hours and refreshes her during these hot and humid days. I recommend this portable fan. Sometimes I use it when I do my lawn also.

I have been using Gulaki neck fans for several years. I thought this brand would direct the air upwards to cool my neck and head without blowing into my eyes. It does that nicely, but even on high airflow it pushes too little air to cool adequately. It does stay in place, unlike the neck fans with two circular fans on bendable stems, which need constant adjustment. I would recommend this style for people with long hair only. My hair is short and can't tangle up in the fan blades, so I will return to my Gulaki fans which push enough air to keep me comfortable.

Produces a lot of air around your neck and face. Comfortable to wear and lasts a long time on a charge. Took about 4 ours on a slow charge. Very lightweight and it's not very noticeable when wearing. I use when doing yardwork and fishing and most outdoor activities. Stays put when wearing.

This has been a lifesaver. I have been having hot flashes for the past two years but this last month has been ridiculous with the number of them. This helps offset the “ickiness”. I wish would have thought of this sooner. It is relatively quiet on low speed but does get louder on med and high. You cannot hear well so I’m always scared by family lol. Was worried that hair would get stuck (long hair). Not a problem. It’s light looks like wearing headphones around your neck. It uses the same charger as my iPad and iPhone 14-whatever that is now as I get confused with usb mini etc. I have only had a week now but will update if needed.
