The initial install and setup took about 10 minutes. I would caution to be careful to line up all the screws and bolts and not to overtighten. The supports are made from cheap fiberboard.
The built-in speakers sound horrible when turned up to anything past about 2/3rds volume. This is not a problem because the piano interfaces effortlessly to an external processor via USB and it has a built-in headphone jack.
The weighted keys feel realistic and are great for playing.
In all this was worth the money.
