    Easy to use. Not a lot of buttons. Self-adjusting focus. Makes good videos.
    It works good as long as you don't accidently insert the memory card backwards which is easy to do on this camera. The memory card slot does not have an indicator to let you know which way to insert the card. It is NOT a smooth slot. Either way you insert, it feels the same. One day, I slid the card in and it didn't work. So I pulled the card and reversed it and it did not work again. I tried another memory card--same thing happened. I shined a light into the slot and it looked slightly stretched. I blew into the slot to remove possible dust and reinserted the card. No good. I realized the slot had stretched and the contact receivers were not making contact. So I had to take the camera apart and fix it. This happened after about 3 weeks of use. I had to open the camera from the bottom, get my electrical screw driver set and was able to access from the outside of the slot and gently squeeze it back to proper shape. I put it back together and it has been working perfect ever since. I've had the camera now for about 6 months.
    I use it for youtube videos. I use Microsoft ClipChamp (free with microsoft) to merge the videos together.

    I bought this hoping that it would be a good backup/static, b-roll style camcorder to add to my videography toolkit. Low cost, low expectation. This one had a video uploaded too by a reviewer who zoomed in and out while filming on a nature walk and the image and features looked promising - especially the arm with showmounts to make accessories easily attached on the go. I liked the look of it and felt like I should give it a shot for the cost - not the cheapest option, but still affordable for a 'meh' investment.

    Overall Impressions:
    Plastic paperweight. I'm disappointed by this tech and the somewhat deceitful appearance and performance this device claims to have. I tried 4k, 2k, and 1080, all of these look the same on this camera. And all of them look like an early 2000s Sony VHS camcorder, but not in a nostalgic way but a limited tech sorta way. The best thing about this purchase was the SD card inclusion and the batteries for the remote. Seriously. I only got the remote to work once on it which was somewhat cool, but more of a novelty than a necessity.

    The image is grainy, and there are no options to adjust the image manually or have a chip process data to adjust for you automatically. The focus is horrible and despite constant taps and shutter button clicks, the camera still never focused on the subject. For $200+ I would hope for at least a few auto options to automate improve the image without navigating through clunky menus, switching back-and-forth blindly hoping it improved the image (it never did). And don't get me started on the audio. I can make do with mediocre visuals, but awful audio is a deal breaker - it makes me feel unprofessional.

    Worth Buying?:
    Meh. It's your money, I'm not your dad. It's small enough to travel easily in the bag it comes in, and the one battery it comes with seems to have about a 3-hour life span (while recording) before needed a recharge. So since it's small and "long lasting" on a charge, I can see the appeal of this as a starter camera for kids/teens who want to get into Vlogging or making sketches with their friends. It isn't really any better than most phone cameras nowadays, and the "zoom" feature feels like the only thing that this camera actually does okay at without distorting the image too much. Just be REALLY steady handed or use a tripod. And don't touch the camera when you're recording because the handling noise peaks the microphone every time (sounds like the sfx of walking though shin-high snow).

    So 2 stars for the novelty of it, but not 1 star because I knew when buying it that it wasn't going to be an impressive piece of tech.
