The power cord stopped working after only a month! I noticed that it wasn't charging and getting hot when it was on my chromebook before it finally died ! I was not happy, to say the least! So I reached out to SIKER POWER, who in turn wanted to make it right for me! I was shocked first of all that they reached out to me to make it right. I emailed them on a Wed. and this was their response. "Dear customer, Please let us know your address and we would send a new one to you asap." So I received the replacement on Sun. I'm happy I had a good experience with this seller, which kinda made up for the inconvenience of not having access to my tablet for a few days ???? I will give them a????up (5), but a 3 for durability. I hope this helps someone looking for a charger and give this company a try ????

Don't buy this charger. Died after 2 months they're refuse to replace it. It's not damaged at all I don't use my laptop too much so it's not been overused or anything. Just defective. And not worth to spend $15 every other mo rh.
