This tool is great! It has a 16” measuring tape and 135ft laser measuring.

I don’t do any major jobs in my house, so I can’t speak to its durability under such conditions, but for my purposes, it has been extremely useful and the laser measurement is great to take quick distances.

Some have mentioned about the battery life being too short. While keeping in mind that I’m not a heavy user, I just moved to a new house and I’ve been using it almost daily and I still haven’t used up the first battery charge. YMMV of course, but over all, it is very reasonable battery lifetime. Even if not, it recharges pretty quick over a USB connection.

I would recommend this measuring tape and would buy it again.

I love the display on the top for the laser measurements. It does different units and functions which make it easy to use. It is the same size as other tape measures so it is not going to take up room. The battery life is great especially with the USB charging. You don't have to use the laser and just use the ruler which is solid and retracts with ease. Well worth the price!

I like the tape measure so far. Battery last long, pretty accurate measurements, and light. The only 2 things I don’t like is that the blade of the tape is thin and flimsy compared to others for half the price. The second thing is the measurements in inches. It says for example 85.4 inch’s instead of 84 3/8. Other than that it’s a pretty solid tape I’ve dropped it a few times and the measurements are still accurate.

Assuming this tool performs consistently, it's likely to be a game changer.

I paid my way through high school and college working construction, primarily doing carpentry. Most hand-held tapes were accurate to no more than 1/8" because of play at the riveted tape end, so on anything but rough framing or form work I preferred a folding tape with a sliding end piece. So when I bought this, I was amazed to find it is accurate to 1/32". It will give very repeatable results to 1/64", but since I can't cut that accurately I consider that degree of precision to be suspect.

For the type of projects I work on this is more than precise enough, and more importantly it's repeatable over hours, minutes, days, and months. As an example, I did a 'rear seat delete' on my Mustang convertible, and used this rule to measure the interior dimension between the left and right bulkheads at the top of the seat bench. I put a piece of electrical tape on each side where I measured, and a couple of months later checked the measurement; it was identical to the 64th of an inch.

Repeatability is as important when building something as it is when zeroing in a rifle, and this unit is something to count on.

An added bonus is the rechargeable battery. After weeks of use, I got a low battery indication. Expecting to deal with sourcing some rare button cell or camera type battery, I was happy to find it uses a USB C connection to charge.

When I first took it out from the box, it was much heavier than I thought. I figured it must be caused by the width of the tape. I extended the tape and it collapsed at ~9 feet. I have another tape which is much lighter and smaller, the tape collapsed at 6 feet. As a right-handed person, I wish the button of laser operation is at the opposite side. or at the same side as the laser port. I tried the Pythagorean mode and it is not very accurate, maybe ~10% error.
