I had a small problem seller fixed the problem asap. Ps5 works perfectly looks brand new doesn’t come original box but the seller does pack it very nicely

I’m going to be straight up and say do not buy this! I’m not the one to complain about certain items, but man yall really did bad on this one. Didn’t receive the ps5 box it came wrapped up in bubble wrap, no HDMI, no power cord and the controller power cord does not work luckily, I still have my cords from ps4. Now all that small stuff right but yall sold me a permanently or temporarily suspended ps5 AKA permanently banned console.

As a lot of other people have been staying on here nothing just straight up does not work if you try to play a game for more than 5 or 10 minutes it shuts off I tried a million things to fix it and it's just broken spend the extra money and just get one from actual retailer

Update: they reached out and attempted to resolve the issue. They approved the return and I received a refund immediately. Upgrading from 1 to 3 stars still upset I had to reorder a ps5 but they made it right. . The new features PlayStation was busted but that was not their fault someone switched out the console on them. Just going forward make sure you all attempt to set up an account to assure they’re not banned.

Don’t purchase from them especially if it’s a gift! I was embarrassed! Finally turned on only to see the console was banned!!!! Waiting on a response from Amazon or four games but as of now 1 star

I ordered this thinking it would be the digital PS5 but it turns out they sent me the non-digital system instead. You can still download games and use discs but I wish they were upfront about it. For charging double the cost and not being upfront on what they send, I give a 4 star rating. However, they were quick with the delivery so that's a plus. I'm overall satisfied.
