I used this copper wire for an elecro-culture project to support my plants. I used this 16-gauge wire to wrap around small bamboo sticks for potted plants. It was sturdy, yet easy to bend around the bamboo and even around a crystal I put on top. Looks very cool.

Not coated, good for large electroculture antennas

I used this wire for a 7 foot electroculture antenna and had no trouble winding it around the pole. It is pure copper as described and is not a coated wire as it has already begin to develop a patina. This appears to be a good quality as described wire product. Thicker wire is considered better for electroculture use, and 10 gauge seems to be a good compromise for thickness with still remaining flexibility.

Great for crafting but…

It has A strong scent when working with it, not sure if that’s normal for 100% copper, but just putting it out there, it’s obviously a metallic scent that stays on your hands. Couldn’t really find an answer to this if it’s normal or not.

Worked great for working it around some large crystals for energy work.
