    We’ve have been ordering this brand of umbrella since 2016. I love the neutral color and they last a long time. We lived in the valley with heavy winds & extreme heat temps so we’d have to replace ours every other year but now that we’ve relocated, we’ve had the same one for almost 3yrs.

    It's larger than what it looks like in the picture, which is a good thing. It opens , closes and tilts extremely easy. The tilt is a essential as the sun moves on you during the day. The hardware seems pretty solid. I've used it a few times already, it's a pretty good product for the price. You are going to need a heavy base for this umbrella because it's tall and the slightest breeze it will fall over. I bought a base that fills with water and it still tips over with a slight breeze. Need to anchor it down or get sand bags.

    I loved the umbrella in the beginning. It rolled up easily. Gradually it kept getting harder and harder to roll it down. Now we can’t turn the crank at all. The umbrella is up forever apparently. Can you help me with this problem? It’s disappointing. It seemed well made when we put it up.

    August 22, 2024, After the company read my review they contacted me via email and offered a replacement. I will say, I was surprised and very pleased as this was August and I had purchased the umbrella in May. It stopped working when I wrote my review. My new umbrella is working perfectly. I appreciate the effort this company went to make good even after the return date had passed. I am pleased and respect their efforts to make it right. Thank you.

    The umbrellas are beautiful, but the handle on one was bent and made the umbrella hard to open. i went to return ONE umbrella and they wouldn't allow it, they wanted me to return the set (2) and they were only going to give me a partial refund!! So instead they gave me a credit of $11.73 and I have to keep the broken
    umbrella! so silly, i can't understand why they wouldn't give a full refund. So I kept it, it's not terrible but just thought I should write a review. I got the tan and they are beautiful, just that the handle was bent.

    These umbrellas were good for about 2 weeks. After that the tilt function broke on on and would no longer stay upright and shortly after that the other umbrella (it was a pack of two) had screws pop out at the top that pierced through the the plastic material that hold it together unbalancing it and causing it to snap in half. From the pictures you can see that the one that only tilts is now breaking. The plastic is coming undone and will snap in half like the last one did any day. This is just the worst umbrellas. They are just creating waste and costing us trips to the dump. Find something else. I can’t even say one was good and the other better. They were both TERRIBLE. Not sure what other people are talking about, but other reviews tricked me into buying. Don’t be fooled.

    I love a 9' umbrella - and this one is no exception. Draped it with outdoor tent-type netting and it holds the netting perfectly. Beautiful color and so far, you can be underneath it when it's raining without getting wet. [That might change over time.]. Purchased for about $45...and thought it was a fair price for it.
