Unless you have integrated the Nest thermostat with your smartphone, this thermostat will continually revert to Eco mode because it will think that you are never home.
Eco mode, which sets the A/C at a very high temperature, it cannot be disabled and the A/C will never turn on. Same goes for the heater.
