It’s soooooo good but insanely spicy at the same time

It’s almost too hot for me to finish but I always end up finishing anyway. The sauce is MAD delicious and smells great and the combo of the sauce and noodles are inseparable and amazing! Sure it burns my lips and tongue and inside of my mouth, makes me sweat, have blurry vision, hallucinate and have cramps and chest pain but it’s soooooo worth it, these taste like bliss hope they never remove these off the market if they do I’ll be sooooo upset! Yesterday I had a pack and I ate three big bites so fast and I hallucinated the room getting smaller and smaller and me floating around, these are no joke! 5/5. I like these better than most noodles in the samyang market

I don't usually write reviews but I have to for these noodles. I first found out about these after I watched the YouTube channel TheWolfePit post a video about it.

Obviously, they are quite spicy, especially when you use the whole packet of sauce like I do. I have a fairly good spice tolerance. I put hot sauce in my eggs for breakfast, my Bloody Marys, hot dogs, burgers, everything. But it still takes me a while to get through a bowl of these.

That said, this isn't one of those gimmicky "spicy challenge" fad foods you see on YouTube or Instagram. Well, maybe it is, given how I discovered it. Still, the flavor of these noodles simply fantastic. There's definitely a solid umami flavor in there with a hint of teriyaki-like sweetness behind the heat. This is simply the best prepackaged ramen I've ever had. If you don't have a spice tolerance at all (I'm talking, you get tea at McDonald's because soda is too spicy-type lack of spice tolerance) just buy this anyway and only add a drop or two of the spicy sauce, it's that good. Both the regular 2x spicy chicken and the cheese flavors are good (those are the ones I've had so far), but I prefer the former as they're spicier and you can always add cheese if you want. Plus, the spiciness enhances the flavor I think.

If you're like me and challenging yourself to build up your spice tolerance, this is probably not only the most cost effective way to do so, but the most delicious way. After reading this, scroll back up, buy a pack, and you'll know.

These noodles are really good. They cook a little bit longer than traditional Ramen but the cheese mix tastes really good. I only use half of the spicey chili and its pretty spicy but I also love spicy food so for me it's perfect. Arrived undamaged and was a great price for the packet. I would buy again

This flavor of Samyang is soooo good . If you are an amateur on spicy food this is a good option it’s still spicy but enjoyable it’s not unbearably spicy like the original and the 2x spicy I didn’t need anything to drink during or after .it’s very creamy and it’s cheesy best combo. Will be buying again

The flavor is amazing & i like how the noodles are thicker than regular Top Ramen. I was a little nervous after reading reviews before I tried it because everyone made it seem like these are gnarly spicy, they aren’t! I used the entire hot sauce packet n i thought it had the perfect heat. (However I literally put habanero & serano peppers on everything) I recommend if you enjoy spicy foods!

Pretty darn hot curry ramen

I enjoy some spicy foods. These are about the max spice I enjoy. The noodles are nice, thicker than cheap ramen. There are two packets inside, dried herbs, and the spicy curry sauce. Prepared it as described on the package. I think most ramen might be improved by ending with stir frying for a bit. The curry taste is nice, the heat about my max comfort level. Delicious if a bit too salty. Many curry pastes use salt as a major ingredient. I have high blood pressure (hypertension). One serving is about 66% of daily sodium for a healthy person. For me it’s more like 99%. I ate half and saving the rest for tomorrow. If this were less salty I’d give it 4+ stars. Even for healthy people, I don’t recommend eating it daily. But it is a tasty spicy ramen. Btw most of the salt is in the sauce packet, so it might be possible to use half of the sauce, at the expense of less flavor. I’ll try that next time I make this.
