This brought many breeds of birds into our yard! From cardinals, to chickadees, blue jays, wood peckers, grackles, sparrows, mourning doves, etc. This was a good value for the size as well.

My birds are happy and healthy eating this birdseed. It is cleaner than other brands I have used, although it still has a fair amount of powder which I don't like. The birds really like it, and this season's crop of baby birds are thriving, so I plan to continue feeding my backyard birds this brand.

The seed has a lot of sand in it and you need to supplement sunflower seeds too it the quality is ok the birds eat it but the price is the big seller here it’s not my top choice but for the price it works ok

I love watching the birds were down to eat the food they love this brand of wild bird seed I get Blue Jays I could schools I get chipmunks I get little runs I guess I can’t facet the front yard I get other birds like the jobs I think avoiding dogs and there’s another brand they all come in I get at least 150 g twice a day I love the food and it’s very pleasant to watch them scoop up and down and relaxing my cat goes to the picture window it’s in the kitchen looks out the slang last door to the patio and I have it set up so he could watch their two birdfeeders and they eat off yet so we have quite a little group for the cat to watch and for me to watch And we both enjoy it very much

Pretty sure the birds like it, I haven't heard them complain or ask for a different bird seed, so they must be happy with it.

3.0 out of 5 stars That birdseed had so MUCH crushed corn & other stuff that local Calif. birds are not used to...
Reviewed in the United States on September 29, 2024
I put out the birdseed Hoping they would eat it -- for days they would not... The Costco birdseed is what they are used to -- although the 25% sun-flower seeds really increased in some parts -- and the empty shells would cover the seeds. Big job to sort it all out and discard what needed to be... there are much more birds than squirrels. Thought your kind might be easier, but NOT working the way I hoped.
I live in Reseda, CA in residential area. Blessings, Lucy Larson

5.0 out of 5 stars Great value bird seed

Every morning I have breakfast in my back yard. For years I would crumble left over bread to feed the birds as well. One Sparrow would hope on my table to remind me to feed them. I bought this bag of feed and I put it out for the birds every morning. I get a kick out of watching them. It was a great price . The quality of the feed looks good and fresh. I have a big enough container to keep the seed fresh as well.

1.0 out of 5 stars Don't waste your money on this waste

I've been feeding birds for many years and tried various brands of seed. This is, by far, the worst. The birds won't eat it. It's nothing but cracked corn and filler. My squirrels won't touch it either. I bought 2 bags, thinking it was a good deal. I'm throwing it out at the lake and hopefully there will be some critter(s) that will eat it. You have to know that if hungry birds won't eat it, it must be crappy. Going back to Pennington, it costs more but is a better deal to me.
