I'm actually really pleased with this purchase and the overall quality of the desk and the mounting arms. My desk is less cluttered. I have them setup ergonomically. My neck and back are less tense. The fatigue is less, being able to adjust the height while I'm working with folks over the phone, and not having a noisy motor is probably the best part of the desk, in addition to the style and color
