The product came nicely wrapped and secured in the box. It is a refurbished product so I was cautious about it. The instructions for installation and use were excellent! The seller included a note with contact information to use in case I had difficulty. I did not. It was super easy and works great!! I purchased the lifter and it was also easy to install and use. No complaints with this product and I would definitely recommend it.
The only issue I had was not with the product but with my phone. The handset hole in the base of my phone is shallow so when the lifter picks up the handset it slides down. I was able to figure out a way to stop this. NOT a seller issue.
