It's a small ice maker, if you only need a small amount of ice made quickly, this is your machine. It's not loud, it's compact and easy to move from place to place, and the ice is just like Sonic ice. Only issue so far, the red ICE FULL light was stuck on but the ice wasn't full and the water was 3/4 full, so there shouldn't have been an issue. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it worked great. Now, let's see if it holds the test of time and doesn't malfunction. I will definitely post here if it messes up or anything else. I would say this machine, for this price, is a hit.

This ice maker is awesome. It makes ice so fast. I love how it’s easy to eat and keeps my drinks cold. The only thing I don’t like is when the ice shoots out it ends up making a tent oh ice which makes the machine think it’s full. You have to move the ice around so it will build up. I would 100% by this machine again!!!

I was skeptical, but so far it's great. The ice it makes is small and soft enough to chew, though your dentist will say that you shouldn't chew ice.
I've only had it for a week so I can't say how reliable it will be.
It makes ice fast. (ish) Enough for a few drinks in about an hour, so you need to remember to turn it on ahead of time.
It takes my refrigerator icemaker a full day to fill the bin from empty but this fills about the same capacity in a few hours. Uses less power since it's not on all day.
Attached graph shows power use from start to out of water in ~2.7 hours and ~0.24KWh. My fridge uses an extra 0.72Kwh/day when it's icemaker is on.
The BAD
- The ice container bin is not cooled or insulated, so the ice begins to melt as soon as it's made.
+ Melt drains back into the water reservoir to cycle back into ice.
-Removing the ice bin to dump it into another container results in a lot of water leaking out from the drain holes in the bottom.
- Ice piles up in front of the chute causing the machine to think it's full, so you need to check it occasionally and redistribute the ice to the sides of the bin so it can make more.

Takes 30 min to make a small batch of ice. Very first use was to clean it 4x and mold was present in the tubes.. but the worst part is when it’s done making ice or running in clean mode.. you won’t know because it will just stop working. No sound, no notification , nothing. It just goes quiet.

This is my second ice maker. The first quit working after a year. This one is a lot quiter and makes double the ice. I live in an area with hard water so I only use purified water in it.

This product is truly amazing!! It came 2 weeks faster than expected!! It was exactly what I wanted, the SONIC ICE. However, from the first time I used it, my ice machine leaked from the bottom. I thought it was something I was doing wrong so I tried to trouble shoot several things myself before reaching out to the seller -- I truly hate to return things. HOWEVER, I wish I would have contacted them sooner. Everything was so easy. I emailed them a video of what my machine was doing and 2 days later I got a full refund for my ice machine and I didn't have to mess with boxing the faulty one and getting it to the nearest UPS store. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF REORDING ANOTHER ONE FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I could give 6 stars I would -- BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY!! Job well done!! Thank you so much!!

This ice maker makes soft nugget ice just like Sonic ice! It works well! I’ve had it for about a mont and haven’t had any problems. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Makes ice fast. I can chew the ice without worrying about my teeth. All around great product as long as it keeps working. Will update if it stops working of if I have problems with this machine. Love it so far! Kinda pricy.
