I just have one word to describe this amazing story “WOW”. The story about the twin brothers (Ryan and Simon), Kieran the unraveled storm and Jonas the bright sunrise of the day was just extraordinary. I was not expecting to be caught in the turmoil. The MCs are well developed, each of them sharing their point of view including all the backwards and forwards about their individual stories.
This story was just a delight and I fully recommend it. I couldn’t stop reading it until I finished it. Thank you Devon McCormack another 5 stars!
The narration was amazing as always (5 stars) and provided that sense of closeness to the characters emotions that was extraordinary.

Great read! Setting it in the South with all the mystery of Georgia back country just added to the mystery.
The climax is explosive ???? and seeing the insights of the main characters really helps.
Would love there to be a sequel.

I read a lot! Every single day! And I can usually predict the outcome of a book. When I started this story I was prepared to love jonas, like Ryan and not like Simon. After getting to the middle and being confused about Ryan, loving Jonas, and being angry but perplexed about Simon I was enthralled. Yes it was hot (fire erotic scenes) but determining the past and future outcome in the midst of a seriously sweet and romantic relationship made it difficult to do normal tasks because you can not put it down. Perfect length but Simon deserves a story/reveal! And Morgan.....

Great job! Really hot! But full of "twists" and suspense!

Honestly, I don’t see the point of this book at all. There is a lot unresolved, the taboo aspect is poorly developed, and the climax is forced. All in all, this is a decent idea that was poorly executed. McCormack might have been a bit too ambitious with these particular plot devices/tropes.

This story is definitely a bit twisted, in a very interesting and thrilling way.
Jonas and Ryan's relationship started from a deal, but quickly becomes something more meaningful.
I enjoyed their moments together and how they grew to trust each other.
Simon is a bit cray cray but by the end of the book, I understood a little bit of why he is the way he is.
Still wack tho.

This is the first book I've read by Devon, and I enjoyed it and can't wait to read more!

Great story full of lots of twists and turns. I think this is my first Devon McCormack solo book (I’ve read the ones with Riley) but I enjoyed it a lot. The audiobook was also great. Definitely check your trigger warning since it deals with some sensitive topics.

I'm so disturbed by this book... but in a good way... I think. I read the trigger warnings before hand but this book still threw me for a loop. It made me angry, sad, confused and uncomfortable. But those are so good. It takes a talented writer to be able to invoke those emotions in you but also make you enjoy the ride you're on.
