I didn’t realize when I bought this one that it was refurbished, but only because I didn’t read the description. Good price and works great. I’ve use Roku devices for many years and I’m a big fan. I like this one because it is compact and easy to install.

Good, but, remote eats batteries quickly.

I love my Roku! All the options and services make getting to everything fast and easy. On the downside, the remote drains batteries very fast. I've had mine for about 8 months and I'm on my 4th set of Duracell batteries. Also, since most television USB ports don't have enough power to run it correctly, I have to plug it into a electrical outlet. This means it's on all the time, increasing my internet usage. One last thing, it still spontaneously restarts occasionally. It did this every couple of minutes when plugged into my television's USB port. Overall, I give it 4 stars due to these issues.

This Roku has by far been the best one I have purchased yet.

I have gone through multiple Roku models in the past and they all tend to stop working on me.

This HDMI Roku has lasted me years and I have had zero issues!!

Avoid refurbished

I love the Roku stick. Left it on vacation and had to get another. Decided to buy refurbished. Every so often it does into Spanish mode. Remote is iffy as well. The back falls off and sometimes the stick doesn’t even respond to the remote. Too much hassle to send back, but I don’t recommend refurbished just to save a few buck
