Attempted to remove a tube from the unit….. only the glass came out. The metal piece was still stuck inside.

It is everything I thought it would be. I really enjoy using it daily. The only downside (and reason I didn’t give it five stars) is the glass smells weird. I have cleaned it several times and as soon as it turns on it gives off a smelly metal scent. I don’t recall the ones where I’ve gotten facials have this smell.

Wow. If you are on the fence for buying another face machine, don't hesitate, just buy this. I'm a skincare/treatment junkie but I like to DIY. This orange high frequency wand is amazing. First of all, the machine comes with 4 glass tubes for different uses (small for eyes, hair wand, large mushroom wand for larger spaces and a spoon wand for more precise areas) which is great for multiple areas. The intensity can be adjusted very easily at the bottom of the wand. The instructions were sub-par, so I was forced to do some additional reading before beginning. What I discovered only made me want to dive deeper into trying this machine. The orange high frequency is for aging skin as it helps your skin produce more collagen. As a woman in my late 30's, this was enough for me to jump in head first. After washing my skin and removing all traces of product, I placed a thin gauze on my skin and used this on the lowest setting. You can do you research to see if you want to apply indirectly or directly- I chose indirect with sparkling in certain areas. The initial shock was startling but does not hurt. Once you get going it is pleasant. The key is to keep the wand moving. Pressing it up and down quickly will 'spark' the area you want which causes more circulation in the area. I don't suffer from acne but it was that time of the month and I had one blemish tying to surface. I spent 2min sparking in that area and could not believe my eyes when I say it literally disappeared in 2 minutes! I immediately brought my husband in and made him wash up to try this on him. He had a few blemishes and the bumps were flat minutes later. The next day they were gone. After using your skin will be dry so make sure you moisturize really well. The next day, and days after, you will notice your skin is more glowy and healthy. The hair wand was great too. You don't need to apply any pressure since they are glass wands, but I hope it will help with hair growth too. I will be using this multiple times a week from now on.
