I purchased for my niece as it fit her theme of graduation party - it is made in the USA - BUT it is plastic. I had hoped for better. Lost one star for the plastic. The colors are bright. It is smaller than I had thought too, but that may be good. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.
