the method(s) this guitar string tuner incorporates is ingenious, and it makes perfect sense. It uses an effortless combination of colors and directional lines that make perfect pitch an easy and quick pleasure to find...so easy to find that trying to explain it seems confusing... it is even fun... i've tried and been somewhat satisfied with other tuners, but i've never been able to say they were fun, or quick... glad i found this.

I love D'Addario strings. I was hoping this tuner was clearly better than a cheap $7 guitar tuner. It looks a little nicer, but it isn't any better. The way it indicates if you are in tune doesn't seem as easily accurate as every other electric tuner I've had in the last 20 years. It works, so I'm sure I'll use it for a long time to come. But I prefer the Fender tuner I got on sale for $5.

I hate changing batteries with this tuner plug it into a usbc for a few mins and your ready to go. Long battery life I play every day bought 3 weeks ago and still on my first charge. Swivels into positions for easy view either on the front or back of the headstock.

Just wanted to show you all that this tuner really does work on 5-string basses with a Low B... This is my ESP LTD F-1005, and it also works on my 5-string Warwick Rockbass just fine... I gave it 4 stars for accuracy, because I typically use this first, then double-check with my pedal tuner and fine tune if necessary. I'm satisfied with its performance, it works great for what it's supposed to do.

Until recently I had never used a headstock tuner. Instead I relied on the tuner in my DAW or my guitar processor. I thought it might be nice to have a tuner within easy access since I have multiple guitars and often practice without an amp or modeler. I decided to try this D'Addario since it was rechargeable and I wouldn't have to worry about replacing batteries. The other feature I wanted was a fairly large screen so it would be easy to read. So far this tuner has been great. I can easily read it without glasses, it's easy to use, lightweight, extremely flexible for positioning and plenty accurate. I keep some guitars in my basement studio and some upstairs in my living room so I decided to buy a second tuner to have one in each location.
