The media could not be loaded.
For the price, this thermal printer is definitely worth buying. As a business owner, I've relied on thermal printers for years. Ordered 2, received in bad shape and not working. They had many scratches and dust on them. One printer wouldn't feed the paper correctly and printed very badly and the UBS port appeared to be damaged. I got the other printer to work, somewhat, but at the slowest speed and at the highest darkness.
