    Don't waste your money buying a cheaper computer because you'll be spending more once you have to replace this one. It's simply not a good computer and if you have issues with it and need to speak to someone, they won't be helpful at all. Mine stopped charging. I have to keep it plugged in otherwise it shuts off. The screen stopped working. Prior to that
    , the screen would randomly go dark and I would have play around with it to get the brightness to return. Etc. Just don't even bother.

    This device is a nice small and cheap take anywhere laptop. I have noticed some pain points that really frustrated and confused me after I got my laptop.

    1: While it promotes some nice features like the SSD upgrade, it fails to mention what type, and you have to tear up a sticker on the back to install the extra NVME ssd.
    2: A number of reviews stat the AX16 or 15 or whatever are very similar and hard to tell apart. In many of the revievw I saw them saying the Ax16 has a USBC power port. But looking at the images above this version seems to have a tunnel port not USB.
    3: The device does have a USB_C (data) port on the same side but there does not seem to be any further info about the capabilities. is it thunderbolt compatible? can it support an external thunderbolt eGPU in the port? I guess if it DID they would put that on the box.

    I feel like this is a case of if it's not in writing ON the top of the box it doesn't support it, which for 350 bucks is probably obvious, however when it shows up on amazon for 349 usd stating a mark down from 1000 usd (and the seller states a 70% off sale) I feel like that is VERY disingenuous.

    TL:DR buy if you don't plan on pushing this device at all, and okay for using it AS IS. Give it to your 60 year old mom w/ Discord or Facetime installed so they can email and use ancestry dot com. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

    A few ago I bought this laptop to manage orders in my business but only after 2 months of use a major issue started to appear. The laptop started to turn on and off rendering all my delivery orders useless. Because of this piece of junk, my business reputation and finances went down in the drain. If I could refund it I would, but unfortunately my business is in another country and I don’t have the time to schedule another trip. Very disappointed in this product and I would never recommend this laptop to anyone. Even to my ex-wife.
